Green Belly Foods LLC

Green Belly Foods is a local Boulder family business started in 2014 by two cousins: Juan and Charlie. They are CU graduates who create Guatemalan foods that people love to buy and share. The dream started when Juan shared his motheras secret hot sauce with his friends, and to our joy they have returned the love, and convinced us to enter local farmers markets, which have been an overwhelming success! Some highlights from our journey so far are learning to farm habaneros, demoing at stores and creating another unique sauce from cobaneros, that we personally source from Mayan Qaeqchi farmers in Guatemala. These hand-bottled sauces will enhance the way you eat, and may even inspire you to cook new foods that engage their enticing flavors. This is a sauce you will love to buy and share!
