About Us
I'm a jam maker, preserving local fruit with minimal sugar, and have been operating since June 2008. Working directly with the growers, and picking much of the fruit by hand, I'm on a scavenger hunt all summer long for the best fruit, which I take home and cook down in a 5-gallon copper jam pan.9-5, M-F
