Verjuice is a unique fresh culinary ingredient, very popular with chefs and foodies. Our verjuice is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, picked unripe (tart) filtered and bottled. Grown on our own family farm using sustainable viticultural practices, this juice is unfermented and non-alcoholic. Available wholesale by the case consisting of 12 - 500ml bottles, or in the larger restaurant size of a 3 Liter bag-in-box. Refrigerate after opening.
