Dreaming Out Loud is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that founded Aya Markets. Dreaming Out Loud’s mission is to design and implement innovative youth development programs and high-impact social enterprises, within our ethical framework, that empower the potential in under-served communities. In service to communities we engage, we commit to the following: *To be a force of inspiration, character development and leadership capacity-building for youth. *To engage youth and low-skill workers in education and workforce investment programs that build transferable 21st century skills. *To create sustainable employment opportunities that provide entry into the new “green economy” for low-income individuals.
