						We are a grass based farm and our beef and lamb are 100% grass fed.  Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio for the beef is 1:1, for the lamb 1/2:1.  Our meat was tested by the Skaggs Nutrition Lab at Utah State University.  Our breed of sheep is Kathadin, which is a hair breed, putting all their nutrition into meat production.  Our cattle are small frame Black Angus.  Our laying hens are Rhode Island reds and they spend the winter in a hoop house but the rest of the year are on pasture in movable pens, moved daily.  They are not fed commercial feed but rather we have a recipe and we mix our own feed.
