Rick's Original Habanero Sauce is produced locally from fresh peppers not dried. Vinegar & salt contents are kept low to accent the Habanero flavor. I produce two heat levels
6.5 on The Rickster Scale (mild - Medium)
And 8.5 On The Rickster Scale (hot)
No extract added natural heat only
