Waterman Winery and Vineyards, Inc. produces unique red and white wines from 10 acres of grapes grown on our DeKalb County farm in northern Illinois. Our philosophy is to produce a natural wine by enviromnentally friendly methods. To capture maximum flavor grapes begin fermentation the same day they are harvested.
