Our pure maple syrup is available in a variety of sizes from a small 100ml container up to a one gallon container and in four grades: Grade A: light, medium, and dark. Also Grade B. Grade choice is a matter of personal preference. Superb quality mixes made from first grade unbleached, unenriched flour of the same fine quality famous since 1823. Milled from select grains and blended with the best known ingredients. The milk is already in the mix, add an egg if you want to!
